Fun with Grammy, Papa, & Lindy

We had such a WONDERFUL time with Mom, Dad, and Lindy. They recently just moved into a beautiful new mission home. We were so grateful they made time for us in their BUSY lives. They wear so many different hat's as leaders in Mozambique. We got a glimpse at their hectic schedule. They are so dedicated to their missionaries and the wonderful members their.
I have many best friends. These are two of my African best friends. I have known both now for 10 years. I met Gisela at an English class we taught. At that point she was only investigating the church. Gisela (left) just completed a semester at BYU's English Language Center. She is back in Mozambique to finish her degree and in 1 year plans to return to BYU for her MBA. Henriquetta (right) was our translator our very first year to Mozambique. She is a woman who knows almost everything and can do anything. She married one of my parents missionaries from Mozambique as well, and they just had a darling little boy, Nathaniel. Her husband was on the same flight as we were back to the states. He is just starting a semester at BYU's ELC as well and plans to stay and continue his education after he is done. Henriquetta and Nathaniel (who are living w/ my parents and help cook, clean, etc.) are planning on coming to the states when my parents return home in 5 1/2 months. (We can hardly believe it...FIVE!!)
Callin idolised Lindy. He followed her around the entire day and she loved it just as much as he did!
He was easily won over by his new Grammy! But who wouldn't be!

A rainy day in Africa.
